Most activity will t�ke plac� during <br />o�£ peak ho��. <br />5.2 The proposed z�texi�n use of the property :faar temparary off-street parking of vehicles and <br />bus �ransportatioz� f:o t�e Fair Grounc�s wi�l nnt har�e an i�anpact az� pa�rks, stree�s and other <br />public fac�lities. Each site is required to �ave teznporary bathroom �acilities and there is <br />na need for use o�public or priva�e utilities.
