■ In a low density area (large lots) a new development or lot split should be required to have a <br />larger lot than the minimum size. Twin Lakes planning was looking good. I don't blame the <br />people around it for not wanting change. But when it will be finished it will make a lot of <br />good homes sites and business sites. I hope when construction picks up we can proceed. <br />■ The setback should be staggered so that the houses are not all in one line. <br />■ People living next to new construction should have a say on new construction or additions <br />and remodeling. <br />■ Low density areas should stay close to same as before new construction. <br />■ The number of lots that could be split appears to be very few. I think it would have no <br />significant impact on Roseville if all of the lots that could be split were divided into the <br />minimum size allow[ed] by the current Roseville restrictions.
