Counci�member Roe fur�her <br />question�d if the City cou�d provide additional res�ictions and reguia- <br />tions above and b�yond that of state sta�ute. <br />Commissioner Neprash advised that �he ordinance lang�age mirrored <br />state sta�ute �anguage; and tha# the City could not exceed tha� lan- <br />guage to any greai degree. <br />35 Cauncilmember Kough spoke in suppo� of the advantage and �mpar- <br />36 tance �n notifying neighboring proper�y owncrs when applications will <br />37 be done �o provide protection of animals and small childr�n; and �'o� <br />38 pub�zc educaiion and awareness; and questioned whether that reguTa- <br />39 tion could be included in ordinanee language. <br />
