Coun- <br />28 c�lmember Ihlan opined tha�, until she has that informa�ion she would <br />29 not be abl� to detennine i�' any�hing else could be done; and noted that <br />30 incomes were not increasing with the rate of infla�ion, and opined �hat <br />31 the City Council needed to take #ha� in�o account and conside� i� �vith <br />32 pereentage increases. <br />33 <br />34 Councilmember Pus� opined that p�ople don't move �o or siay in <br />�5 Rasevill� �o maintain static �axes; and tha� the opinions expressed �n <br />36 the vi,sioning process by in�onned citizens were that, while it cost <br />37 mo�e to maintain the park system today, no comments were heard <br />�8 from resid�nis �hat they wanted less service.
