EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville. County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 11th day of June, 2007, at 6:fl�} o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION �:�XXX <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING MCINICIPAL CONCiIRRENCE <br />OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY SYSTEM DESIGNATION OF <br />COiJNTY ROAD B2 (NEW CSAH 78) FROM VICTORIA STREET TO DALE STREET <br />WHEREAS, establishmentof "County State Aid Highway" status may be accomplished by <br />resolution of the Ramsev Counlv Board of Commissioners pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 6 <br />162.02: and <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Ramsey did adopt Resolution2007-173 on May <br />8,2007, locating, establishing, designating and numbering CSAH 78 (County Road B2) from <br />Victoria Street to Dale Street as part of the County State Aid Highway system of Ramsey County, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said resolution locates and establishes the subj ect County State Aid Highway within <br />the corporate limits of the City of Roseville; <br />TI�REFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the <br />resolution adopted by the County Board, a copy of which is attached hereto and made part <br />thereof, locating and establishingthe above County State Aid Highway within the City limits is <br />in all things approved. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereo£ and the following voted against the <br />same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
