Lloyd, <br />Thank you for your recommendations on how � should proceed with completing <br />my proposed subdivision. <br />I am aware of the fact that the city of Roseville had placed a moratorium on minor <br />subdivisions. I ha�e reviewed the November 15, 2006 memo, regarding single family lot <br />splits and minor subdivisions, the summary of Axaft Recommendations of May 1,2007 <br />and the Final Report of May 14,2007 on single famz�y residential lot splits. <br />The city council and planning commission unanimously approved this lot split on <br />April 25, 2005. I had a survey done and was preparing to record the lot subdivisions <br />with my father, Ralph Beauclaire. <br />My father became ill and we could not proceed with the recording. I called <br />Dennis Welsch and told him of the circumstances and he said that I should write a letter <br />to �itn explaining what was going on, which I did and which you told me you had seen. <br />My father never recovered. After a long decline, monthly hospital and nursing home <br />stays he passed away on August X'�� 2006. The property went into probate at that time <br />and I, as personal representativeof the estate, just received the go ahead to buy the <br />property and I am in the process of taking possession. I had no opportunity to complete <br />the lot split before now and am requesting a reaffirmation of the previous approval. <br />The neighbors had no obj ections to the lot split. When the city ran Dale Street <br />and took a slope easement %azz�. rny father and mother in 1964, they wrote that they <br />would install a driveway access for them. He received 100 dollars for a 60' slope, <br />reasoning that he would get greater compensation fro�a a second lots value. <br />The nearest house to the north of the new proposed lot is the product of a lot split, <br />as is the nearest house to tbe South. The north lot is 7840 sc�. ft. The South lot is 9583 sq. <br />�. My proposed lot is 8660. My other property on Alta Vista Dr. will be 9642 sq. ft. <br />The property across Dale to the East is detention home land, and a cemetery. <br />I would not be changing the nature of the neighborhood unduly, but would be creating 2 <br />lots which are the norm for the area. <br />Thank you, �, <br />�� , <br />T�a�ric� F�c•����1 aire - � <br />� � <br />4 <br />
