Staff recommends the Council approve the issuance of tax-exempt refunding bonds <br />and the reassignment of the development agreement for PresbyterianHornes/Ea�le Crest Inc. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Adopt the attached resolutions approving the issuance of approximately $24 million in tax- <br />exempt r���u�zding revenue bonds and the reassignment of the development agreement, for <br />PresbyterianHomeslEagle Crest Inc. <br />
