It came to light at the Jun� 6, 2007 Planning <br />2� Cammisszon �neeting tha� the RV �as already in use as the iemparary residence, but Mr. <br />22 DeLeo was aware before the de�nolition of hi,s home ihat City staff c�id �at support �zthe� <br />23 of ihe o�-site posszbilitzes. <br />2� 6.4 Seetinn 1012.09� nf the City Cocle i�dieaies that "ihe City Cou�cil amay authorize an <br />25 Ir�terirn Use Pez�z�ait �£or] �and uses that £ail fq meet all of the zaning star�dards establis%ed <br />2� %r the district within which it is lacated". Condi�ians af the a�prnval of this IUP included requirements for <br />31 the loca�ion a� the RV durin� eonstruetion and after its cazz�pletia�, an expiratzon date a� <br />32 the IUP, and ret�teirerz�ents for providing the RV with el�ctricity, water, and "sewer" <br />33 service. <br />3� 6.6 While Mr. Alexander was ve�-y cooperative in his effnrts to camply v�it� the conditions of <br />35 the IUP a��roval, Cor�muniiy Development siaff still found it di�fic�li: ta ensure that t�e <br />36 RV woul� f�n.ctia� adeq�ately as a terr�pp�rary �esidez�ce — especially during severe storms <br />37 a�r ext�'eme temperatures.
