Discharge roin Goitried Pit is currently control[ed by two pUmps with a cambined
caacity of approximately 7 cfs. There is a constructed bern aroznd the pi, enabling the water to rise o an
elevation higher than surrounding properties. Due to this berm, the 100- yr higa water elevation of Gotfried
Pit is 919.26.
The City's Comprehensive Surface Water Maagement Plar {CSWIVIP), developed in 990 and updated in
2003, has speci"ie policies regarding the iow floor elevations (,FE) oi buildiz;s in subwatersheds, This plan
is adoped as a pact at'the Caztprelensive Plan and referenced in City code 1016.2fiB2.
