Mr. Anderson provided 11 several options for the City Couneil to conszder as their nex� action, � 2 including: 13 1) Set up another Public Hearing upon receipt o� all material needing 14 io be gathered and presented, then �ake pub�ic camment; 15 2) Deny establishment a� this time, on the �nding that suffic�ent ma- 16 terials have not been presented, and ask the peti�ion�rs to reapply. 17 Mr. Anderson opined that the Statute was silent on �he Ci�ty Council 18 extending the request. 19 20 21 22 2� 24 25 Councilmember Pust, speaking on behal�' of the HRA, expr�ssed an- going interest in pursuing establishment of an H�A; ho�ever, noted that additional in%rma�ion as outlined in the staff report dated June I1, 2007', remained pend�ng.
