Councilmember Ihlan announeed that she had recently at�ended a con- <br />ference �ponsored by the Minneso�a Pollution Control Agency <br />(MPCA) on the subject of px�paring your communi�y �'or clima�e <br />change, Councilmember Ihlan noted that she had received great in- <br />formation on how eommun�ties can deal w�th sustair�abirity, and <br />looked forward �o �he City setting benchmarks for eneargy usage and <br />how to begin meeting standards o� ih� Kyoto Protocol. <br />
