Mr. <br />N�iller fi�rther advised that gambling ac�ivi�ies ai this facility had been <br />ongoing anci most likely represented M�r. Senser's advocacy �o� police <br />as�aczations in geneara�. Mar. Mi11�r noted that information regarding <br />other gambling activities (Bingo) at the facility was inc�uded for gen- <br />eral Council refere�ce on�y; and that this activity was rela�ed �o pu�I <br />tab operaiions. <br />Kough moved, �hlan seconded, adoption o� Resolutiori No. 10521 en- <br />ti��ed, "Re�olution Approving a Law�iz� Gambling Prem�se Pe�nzt to <br />the Suburban Law Enforcement A��ocia�ion," approving the renewa� <br />application for Suburban Law Enforcemer�t A�soeiation to conduct <br />Iawfi.xl gambling activities a� Joe Senser's Restaurant, �oca�ed a� 2350 <br />Cleveland Avenue in Roseville, �'o�r the license tez-m �om 5eptembex <br />1, 2007 to August 3�, 2009. <br />
