Mr. Sehwa�z noted that there were no adjacent residential <br />prop�rtics; bu� tha� there several tn the southcast of Cleveland Ave- <br />nue; ali of whom had been provid�d mailed notic� o�'ton�ght's hear�ng <br />and its purpose. Mr. Schwar�z advised tha� Ramsey County's t�nta- <br />t�ve s�art date was Ju1y 29, 2007; and aniicipated it would be ap- <br />proxzmate�y twa days �'or milling and two days foar paving. <br />Councilmember Pus�t questioned if the interchange at IT35W and <br />County Road D would be closed. <br />Mr. Schwartz advised that it would not be closed; but �hat traffc con- <br />trols would be installed to guide traffic. <br />Counc��membe� Zhlan questioned i� a.rea xes�dents wou�d be ab�e to <br />access their homes. <br />Mar.
