Mr. <br />2 Lindg�ren provided responses as out�ined in specific areas of the EAW, <br />3 and poin�ed out those responses far public �n�'ormation. Mr. Paschke <br />4 noied that �he majori�y o� �he �tems would b� part o�' the PUD condi- <br />5 tions and drafted in a PUD Agreement to provide �nonitoring and ac- <br />6 cauntabzlity. <br />7 <br />S City Attorney Anderson concurred w�th Mr. Paschke t�at genera��y, <br />9 the items addressed are conditions o�' th� PUD Agreement. Mx. <br />10 Anderson noted that the phrase "signifeant envi�ronmen�al a£�ects" <br />11 was nat defned under the aru��s, S�ctzon 4410.0200, which dealt with <br />12 land and physical characteristics. <br />13 <br />14 Responses were related to discharge issue�; payment in lieu of taxes <br />15 unrelated to tonight's EAW dzscussion; pearcentage o� forest �ands and <br />16 go�ernmen� agency interpretation and/or calculation o� coverage is- <br />17 sues, specificaily relateci to Lhe ba�1 feld and field house; coverage <br />� S along Lydia Avenue and loss of trees, landscaping and bear- <br />19 ming/scre�ning issues identified and conditioned in the PU�D to be re- <br />20 viewed by the Pianning Commission, and more akin to Site Pran ap- <br />21 praval. Mr. Li�dgren advised tha� the Si�e Plan continued to change <br />�2 as env�z�onmental and neighbaarhood concerns were addressed, creating <br />23 additional revisions and was common for land use approval during the <br />24 course oi the prQCess.
