ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE, CHANGING <br />THE ZONING MAP DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY <br />AT 1800 TRUNK HIGHWAY 36 FROM LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1) <br />TO RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-2). <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does ordain: <br />Section l. Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning <br />Amendments) of the City Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City <br />Council consideration of Planning File 3680, the following property, located at 1800 <br />Trunk Highway 36 and legally described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, LaBelle's Subdivision <br />PIN 09-29-23-43-0004 <br />is hereby rezoned from Limited Business District (B-1} to Retail Business District (B-2). <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
