Scope of Sezvices. The support staff asszgned by t11e City to the HRA shall perfarn3 <br />�ec�ssary a��d z-eqt�ested services relating to t�e actioz�s and activities o�tl�e HRA as outlined <br />below: <br />A. Facilitate �he produc�ion of the HRA monthly age�da packe� as prepared by the H�ZA <br />Executive Director ar�d mail io HRA �nembers and Ci�y Council rner�bers; <br />B. Update irz�orz�n:atior� affeet�ng the HRA on !he City web page incl�diz�g �he pos�ing of <br />meeting agenda and pack�� i���oz-�xzation priar ta each monthly HRA naeeting; and <br />C. 4t�er administrative support actions requested by �he HRA Board. <br />TI. T�r�a�. This agz-eernent sha�l be e�'�ective upaz� tYze approvai o�the HRA Board of <br />Direetors and the City Counci� and s�all ca�tinue far one cal�ndar year s�bj ect to written rer�e�val <br />by the parties fflr suhsequent o��� year ter�s. <br />II�. Coz�p�nsation. The �ees for the City sezvzces shall be paid as a transfer o£ fur�ds fram <br />t�e HRA to the Ci�y of Rosevi�le prorated o� a�onth�y basis. The ��e is based upon 3.S% af the <br />administra�ive bud�et for the 2006 calandaz• year as approved by the HRA Soard. <br />N. �demni�icatzan. T�e parties shall inderrtnify and hold harznless eacl� ather arzd their <br />official,s, agents, and e�aployees froz� az�y loss, clai�a, liability, and expens� (zncluding reasonable <br />attorney's fe�s az�d expenses o� litiga�io�) az-zsir�g out of any actian of the respective parti�s in ihe <br />performar�ce af lhe service of tk�is contrac�. <br />V. As�i nent. This a�xeement shall nnt be assigned, sub�et, az' t�'a��s�erred by the City <br />or the HRA withaut written consent of the other party and a�ini�a.u.m af 30 days notice in <br />
