The Ciiy Manager shall prepare and caus� to be insez�ed in t�e RoseviZl� Review, t�e offieial news�a�ex, and i� the Cor�struction Bulletin, ar� advertis��nent �pr bids upon the zxa.aking af such approved �lans and specificatza�s.
