�XTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />C?F CITY C�UNCIL <br />OF CiTY OF ROS�VTLLE <br />RAMSEY CO�C7N�TY, MINNESOTA <br />�'u�rsuant to due call and notice t�iereaf, a regula�' meeting of the Ci�y Council oi the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, v,ras held in f�e City Hall in saic� City on Mo�day, January 30, 2006 at 6:00 n'clnck �.m. <br />The follar�ving members were preser�t: a�d the folIowing were absent: <br />Mayor Klausi�g antroduced the £allawing resolution and naoved its adop�ion: <br />RES4LUT�ON N4. <br />RESOI..i�TIt3N OR�iRING THiE RECONSTRUC'I`ION UF <br />ROSELAWN AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, t�e City Council o£Rasevi�l� reeeived the �'easibzlity :report o� Decez�a�ber 5, 2005 and <br />aardered a publ'zc �Zearzng �ar the reeonstruciion Q�' Roselawn Avenue between Snelling Aver�ue anc� <br />Hamlzne Aven�ze, anc�; <br />WF�IEREAS, �en days mailed notice and two vveeks ��zblished nc�iic� was �ive�; <br />NOW THERE�'ORE BE ZT RESOLVED by the Council of the Czty of Roseville, Minnesota, that in <br />aceordance with the provisions of Minnesota Sta�utes, Chapter 429, as amended, �e Council �eld a <br />�ubiic �eaarzng on January 30, 20Q6, to corzsider the pxoposed reconstrtiction af Raselar�vn Avenue, <br />consistin� of the ins�al�atio�n of bituminous pavxn�g, cancrete cuz�b atad gutter, sanitary sewer service <br />repair, drainage facilities, and necessary app�zrtenances on a1I that property abutting Roselawn <br />Avenue- b�twe�n Snelling Avenue and Hamline A�enue; <br />as described i� the Notiee of Hearz�gs at a cost presently estinaatec� at $�,131,996.54 az��. <br />su�stantially in accardar�ce with the preliminary �epart as to the feas�bility thereof whic� as now nn <br />fle in the af�'ice of the City Mana�er; a� which aIi perso�s desiring fio be heard were given ar� <br />n�portunity to be heard thereon, a�;d having conside�rec� t�e views o�all zntcrested persons, the <br />Council does he�eby detez�ine and order tha� said irr�provement shall be corzstructed and ��anced <br />and t�at a1i streets be constructed substantially as recormnencied in the �easibility re�ort.
