Based on Roseville's streei capaci#y siudies, fihere <br />zs capacity ta serve tl�e added �nax�znu� of 7d ve�Zicles (Each lane can accc�mmodate <br />approximately 2,000 or znore vehieles per day). <br />�,1 p The developer has �roposed retaining (tree preservation) vegefatian alang the periphery <br />of the site as well as a number of mature oaks and maples an Lat 6. Trees will be <br />presezved ta the cxteni possible an Lats 4 and 5. The pxoposal incXudes augmentiz�g the <br />pzeserved trees with adciitzanal t�ees i�c�udirzg cani�'ers, as well as �eeti�g t�� City's <br />street tree rnaster plan along �he new cul-de-sac and Parker.
