Existing conditinns include tl�ree homes with associaied garages and d�zveways. The prn�ased deveIoprnen� includes the construction of a 14-lat resadezztial subdivision. �tormwater manage�nent will �e pravi�ed throu� 24-inch and 6Q-inch perfora�ted HDPE pipes. Runo�'�frozn the perfarate� pipe syste�ns will be disc�arge irz two locatia�s ta city storm sewer along Park�r Avenue. T�e £ollawing items were re�riewed: 1. HydroCAD a�tp��, as prepared by LarS€�n Enginee��g of Nlinnesota, dated Januaty 9, 240b. 4. Repart e�tit�ect "A Geotecl�nrcal Evaluation Repnrt," as prepared by Braun �ntertec Cozparation, dated October 28, 2005. The �allowzng is an evaluation of the project in terms of the District's a�eas a£ cancern. T�e Dzstriei's c�eveloprrient review criteria are incl�ded in ztalzcs. G�NERAL COMMENTS 1. Th� soils boring report indicates that there is a great deal o�'variabili�y in the soils found a� site. Soil Bor�ng ##1 ir�dicates ihat t�e �orthwest area of the site is suitable for in�ltration since t�ic elevation ta which excavatzon wx�� c�ccuar far ir�stai�ation of the 4 raws of b0-it�ct� per�orated �i�es is 1€�cated wit�in sandy soils. However, no borings were eomp�eted in t�e nort�east area o#'the site where 3 raws of 60-per�'orated pipe wi11 be z�stal��d.
