Existing conditinns <br />include tl�ree homes with associaied garages and d�zveways. The prn�ased deveIoprnen� <br />includes the construction of a 14-lat resadezztial subdivision. �tormwater manage�nent will �e <br />pravi�ed throu� 24-inch and 6Q-inch perfora�ted HDPE pipes. Runo�'�frozn the perfarate� pipe <br />syste�ns will be disc�arge irz two locatia�s ta city storm sewer along Park�r Avenue. <br />T�e £ollawing items were re�riewed: <br />1. Report entitled "Stormwater Runaff Calculations," as prepar�d by Larsan Engineering nf <br />Miz�esota, dated January 9, 2006. <br />3. HydroCAD a�tp��, as prepared by LarS€�n Enginee��g of Nlinnesota, dated Januaty 9, <br />240b. <br />4. Repart e�tit�ect "A Geotecl�nrcal Evaluation Repnrt," as prepared by Braun �ntertec <br />Cozparation, dated October 28, 2005. <br />The �allowzng is an evaluation of the project in terms of the District's a�eas a£ cancern. T�e <br />Dzstriei's c�eveloprrient review criteria are incl�ded in ztalzcs. <br />G�NERAL COMMENTS <br />1. Th� soils boring report indicates that there is a great deal o�'variabili�y in the soils found <br />a� site. Soil Bor�ng ##1 ir�dicates ihat t�e �orthwest area of the site is suitable for <br />in�ltration since t�ic elevation ta which excavatzon wx�� c�ccuar far ir�stai�ation of the 4 <br />raws of b0-it�ct� per�orated �i�es is 1€�cated wit�in sandy soils. However, no borings were <br />eomp�eted in t�e nort�east area o#'the site where 3 raws of 60-per�'orated pipe wi11 be <br />z�stal��d. Sail Boring #2 located to the sou�h oi �he northwest aa�.d �aztheas� in�filt�atia� <br />areas indicates a canfining I�yer af ciay tha� would i�zb�t in��tz�at�on.
