302.a7: GRANTING OF I,�CENSE: <br />A. Investigation and ��s�ance: The City Councit �hall investigate all �acts set out in the <br />applicaiinn. Qpportunity shall be given to any person to be heard for or against t�e <br />granting af the license. After the investiga�ion and hearing, t�e City Cc�uncil shall, ir� <br />its discretion, grant ar refuse i�e applicatiar�. At Ieas� ten (I O} days' publisY�ed notice <br />oithe hearir�g shall be given, setting far�h tl�e z�a�e of t�e app�icant and the address <br />of the pre��ases io be licensed. � <br />B. Person and Premises Lieensed; Trans�er: Each ticense sk�all be issued a�ly to khe <br />applicant and �or th� premises described ir� the application. No Iicense may be <br />transferred to another persan or plac� witl�out City Council approva�. Before a <br />transFer is approv�d, the iransfer�e shall comply with the requiremenfis �or a new <br />application. Licensee's Respansibility: Every licensee is respo�sible for the conduct of licensee's <br />place of 6usiness and the co�ditions of sobriety and ordez' in it.
