EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CTTY COUNC�L �F THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to d�e call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of tY�e City Cauncil nf the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 13th day of February, 2006 ai 6:00 <br />p.�n. <br />The fallowing members were present: <br />and the following Mernbers were absent: <br />Member introduced fihe following resolution and moved its adoptian: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 5 YEAR EXTENSION TO THE EXISTING <br />TNTERTM USE PERMIT FOR R.AMSEY COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBL�C <br />HEALTH AND IST SATELLITE HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE SITE {PF36G3) <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County Department af Public Health has requested a 5 year <br />extension to their exi�ting ITERIM USE PERMIT originally approved in July 1992; and <br />WHEREAS, the INTERIM USE PERMIT alIows Ra�sey Caunty Departrnent af Pubiie <br />Health to operate a satellite household hazardous waste si�e on County property near Kent Street <br />and Larpente��r Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the hausehold hazardo�zs waste site operates on a seasonal sche�ule, <br />iypically d�ring the summer fnon�hs; and <br />WHEREAS, t�e Roseville Planning Commission held a pui�lic hearing regarding the <br />INTERIM U5E PERMIT extension request and voted (5-0) to recommended approve the <br />request, based on the comments outlined in Sectian 5 and the condition of Section 6 of the <br />project report dated 02/01/46. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, ta grant Ramsey <br />County Department of Public Health a 5 year extension to their existing INTERIM USE <br />PERMIT allowing a seasonal satellit� ho�sehold hazardous waste site at the County's Kent Street <br />site, based on the comments in Section 5 of the praject report dated February 13,2006, and the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The interim use permit shal� be reviewed aduu�inis�ra�ively on an annual basis <br />on the anniversary date of the resolution gran�ing the interim use permit, <br />with a staff report submitted to the PIanning Comjnission and City Councii <br />as needed. <br />
