EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was d�Iy held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 27th day of March, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: and the following members were absent: Member .1V�asckaka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT ON COUNTY ROAD C RECONSTRUCTION & STREETSCAPE PROJECT PHASE 1l AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: I_ By resolution adooted December 5.2005. the Council directed the City En,�ineer to }�r��,:,r_ pr� lirnir_:�n�� reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements for County Road C Reconstruction & Streetscape Project Phase IT �, The City Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as County Road C Reconstruction & Streetscape Project Phase II. �i�. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on March 27th, 2006 at 6:0� p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to he published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall he a week apart, and the second publication shall he not less than three days before the date of the hearing. �. The notice shall he in substantially the following form: (see attachments). The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Improvements County Road C Reconstruction 8� Streetscape Project Phase �� are determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
