Authorize the Rosefest Parade and Run-&-Roll for the <br />Roses; and Discuss Impacts of the County Road C <br />Reconstruction Project, Phase II, on these Events <br />Parks and Recreation Director Lonnie Brokke provided <br />background information and an update on discussions to find <br />solutions to facilitate the Rose Parade and the Run & Roll for the <br />Roses, in consideration of the pending County Road C <br />reconstruction project from Snelling Avenue east to Oxford <br />during the upcoming construction season. <br />Mr. Brokke thanked City and County staff for their cooperation <br />and considerations in finding viable solutions for issues related <br />to rerouting; traffic delays and potential disruptions at County <br />Road C; signa�;e; and neighborhood and business notifications. <br />Mr. Brokke, for public and City Council information purposes, <br />reviewed the revised routes for the Rose Parade; the Run for the <br />Roses SK Course; and the Run/Roll for the Roses l OK Course. <br />Mr. Brokke recognized members of the Planning Committees for <br />the events; and offered various levels of involvement for and <br />encouraged interested persons (for hospitality, fundraising, <br />Rosefest Parade & <br />Run-&-Roll for the <br />Roses; <br />Impacts of the <br />County Road C <br />Reconstruction <br />Project, Phase II, <br />on these Events <br />� <br />r <br />■ <br />
