City Council Regular Meeting— 02/27/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 39 <br />interested in "controlling" the agenda. <br />Councilmember Ihlan opined that she would not be supportive of <br />any process not genuinely open for all who wanted to participate; <br />and was not supportive of nomination or approval of participants. <br />Mayor Klausing opined that the selection process could be <br />lenient, as there may not be that many people interested in <br />committing to the process. <br />Mayor Klausing directed staff to return with information on the <br />Vista 2000 process; those Request for Proposals (RFP) criteria; <br />specific and overall program costs; and additional detail about <br />the process itself. <br />Councilmember Pust volunteered to assist in getting the <br />information. Mayor Klausing noted reality of the information <br />being at City Hall and staffs ready access to the information; <br />and asked City Manager Beets for a timeframe to provide the <br />information. <br />City Manager Beets advised that staff could provide the <br />information before the March 13, 2006 regular meeting. <br />Councilmember Pust requested, if possible, that staff provide the <br />information prior to packet distribution for the March ��" <br />meeting, to allow additional time for review and consideration by <br />Councilmembers. <br />Former Councilmember A1 Kehr <br />Councilmember Kough announced that former Councilmember <br />Kehr had been hospitalized; and asked that staff send get well <br />wishes to him at St. Joseph's Hospital. <br />Mayor Klausing so directed staff. <br />16. Adjourn Adjourn <br />The meeting was adjourned at X0:33 p.m. <br />
