<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N 1',21.)-/ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has heretofore approved <br />and adopted a plan for the construction, maintenance and operation <br />of a sanitary sewer system, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Roseville has, by <br />proper proceedings, determined the need for certain locations of <br />underground sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances to be in- <br />stalled,maintained and operated within the plan adopted, <br /> <br />NOW TfillREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Roseville <br />needs to acquire a perpetual easement for the construction, main- <br />tenance and operation of sewer mains, sewer pipes and appurtenances <br />to an approximate depth of 8 to 10 feet, together with ingress and <br />egress over and through the following described land in Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, under its powers of eminent domain: <br /> <br />The East 20 feet of Lot 14, except the Southerly <br />25 feet thereof, Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, <br />except the North 75 feet of Lot 21; Lot 22, the <br />South 60 feet of the East 30 feet of Lot 23, all <br />in Block 1, Roseville Terrace, Plat 1. <br /> <br />RESOLVED further, that Beldin H.
