The combined bids received are somewhat <br />higher than the budgeted estimates. Staff feels the bids received are the current market rates for <br />the items bid. Increases are due to increased energy costs for production of the materials and <br />transportation costs. <br />Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends to award to the low bidder in each of the categories <br />listed above. <br />
