Begin construction of the County Road C Reconstruction Project in spring 2006. <br />2. County Road C Streetscape Project- Phase II <br />. Fund project as detailed in the Feasibility report <br />• Complete all proj ect development, including plan preparation in 2006. <br />. Develop streetscape improvements to a level as directed by City Council. <br />.
