Cami and I have raised <br />three children here, and we're proud of our City. We have been in the concrete business, <br />serving the residents and businesses of Roseville as well as many other cities, for over 30 <br />years. We take pride in our company giving our customers a top quality product at a fair <br />and reasonable price. We have a great working relationship with Roseville City staff. <br />Our past customers have nothing but good things to say about our workers. The quality <br />our men put into their craft, the speedy service, total communication and great job of <br />cleaning up when the j ob is done has prompted many people to commend, and <br />recommend, Goodmanson Construction. <br />We do have one concern with the way the City of Roseville assesses permit fees on <br />residential driveways. In order to keep consistent in our goals of providing Roseville <br />residents with "fair" prices for our quality driveways, Cami and i feel that the City staff <br />and City council should review and change the way fees are assessed for this particular <br />home improvement. The fees (permit) to remove and replace a concrete or blacktop <br />driveway are too high.
