7. Additional Required Information: <br />A. Narrative: There are some platted residential lots within the City that are different <br />than the current standards. In reviewing requests for approval of lot splits in such <br />areas, the City is particularly interested in determining that the lots to be created <br />will be consistent with the character of the surrounding area. A written narrative <br />must accompany the application presenting information demonstrating that the <br />proposed subdivision will be comparable to those already existing in the immediate <br />neighborhood. <br />B. A preliminary subdivision plat submittal must provide 1 copy of the proposed plat is <br />required. In addition, a topographic survey of the subject property, grading, <br />drainage (with storm water calculations), utility, and landscaping plans may also be <br />required as deemed necessary by the Community Development Department. Five <br />sets must be 24" x 36" in size and the five sets must 11" x 17" in size. A final plat <br />submission must provide three sets be 24" x 36" in size and seven sets must be 11" x <br />17" in size. A subdivision plat also requires a digital copy for GIS records. <br />8. A minor subdivision proposal is required to provide a concept plan for the existing <br />parce!(s) a�c�la�- a topographic survey indicating the property line change. The submittal <br />must include three sets at 24" x 36" in size and seven sets at 11" x 17" in size. <br />9.
