Additionally, we are requesting this action be placed on the <br />Apnl 10,2006 City Council agenda. In accordance with Section 3.3(a)(i) of the Contract for <br />Private Redevelopment,we have provided a Letter of Credit to the City, dated Apri14,2006, in <br />the amount of $827,650.00 as security for the total acquisition costs. <br />T�cse parccis are vital and necessary to begin �hc demolition, grading, and remediation of the <br />project area this summer — specificallythe Twin Lakes Parkway road and utility construction. <br />Attached is Exhibit A which illustrates the location and boundaries of the approved Twin Lakes <br />Parkway right-of-way and the Xtra Lease, Old Dominion and Hagen properties.
