Roseville, Falcon Heights and the State will <br />participate in the installation, operation, maintenance, and <br />removal of the EVP System. <br />CONTRACT <br />l. Roseville will prepare the necessary plan, <br />specifications and proposal (Preliminary Engineering). Roseville <br />will also perform all necessary construction inspection, <br />(Construction Engineering). The State will have the right to <br />periodically inspect the Construction work. <br />2. Roseville, with its own resources or by contract, <br />will install the EVP System at the existing Traffic Control <br />Signal on Trunk Highway No. 51 at Raselawn Avenue pursuant to <br />State Aid Project No's. 160-243-003 and 124-103-004, and <br />Roseville City Project No. 0602, at its own cost and expense. <br />3. The State will perform/provide the State Force <br />Work and Materials for the City work provided in Paragraph 2, at <br />its own cost and expense. <br />4. The EVP System will be installed, operated, <br />maintained, or removed in accordance with the following <br />conditions and requirements: <br />a) All maintenance of the EVP System must be <br />done by State forces. <br />� ����F1 <br />-�- <br />
