However, if the houses have basements, the high <br />water level of the pipes will be above the basement floor elevation. It should be verified <br />by the applicant that this does not pose any flooding concerns, especially for the northeast <br />and northwest lots adjacent to the large perforated pipe areas. <br />The applicant has indicated that a vertical HDPE liner wi11 be placed between the <br />infiltration facility and the adj acent houses. In addition, the foundations of the <br />adjacent houses wi11 have interior and exterior drain tiling and a waterproofing <br />membrane. <br />5. It is recommended that filter sacks or rock bags be used for inlet protection in lieu of silt <br />fence. <br />The inlet protection detail has been revised to include filter sacks in liet� of silt fence. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this development.
