City Council Regular Meeting— 04/10/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 12 <br />SuperAmerica, 2295 Rice Street (PF 3711)." <br />Roll C all <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Kough; Maschka; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Approve a Lot Line Correction at 2540 Snelling <br />Curve (Former Consent Item 3.i) <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Beets <br />briefly reviewed the request for a minor subdivision to <br />recombine and correct the common lot line between <br />two existing platted lots, both currently owned by Mr. <br />Boschee. <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned the type and extent <br />of public notice provided regarding this request. <br />Community Development Director Welsch advised <br />that, as noted in Section 2.1 of the staff report dated <br />April 10, 2006, no public hearing or Planning <br />Commission review is necessary; as there was no <br />movement of lot lines, and there was a buffer on one <br />side of the property, and a utility easement on the <br />other side. <br />Mr. Welsch noted that this request was an example of <br />why colored diagrams to Councilrnembers would have <br />immediately illustrated and clarified the request. <br />��.{�M� <br />Pust moved, Kough seconded, approval of the request <br />by Rick Boschee, located at 2450 Snelling Curve N, <br />for minor subdivision to recombine and correct the <br />placement of the common lot between Lot 6 and Lot 7, <br />Block 1, of Weinholzer's Addition to Ramsey County. <br />Roll C all <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Kough; Maschka; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Lot Line Correction <br />2540 Snelling Curve <br />
