What i s your view of the role of the Community Visioning Steering Committee? The Community Visioning Steering Committee will assist the City Council az�d consultant by helping to coordinate the activities of individual topic area subcommittees. Thc Steering Committee will help develop an overall process framework. This will likely include developing a set of guiding principles and organizational structure, assigningrespi�nsibalities and monitoring and managing the process as it proceeds. While individual members of the Steering Committee will likely contribute to specif�c topic areas of interest, the committee as a whole should focus on providing broad direction to the process to insure that it results in a vision that is inclusive and meets t1Ze needs at the community.
