City Council Regular Meeting — 04/10/06 <br />DRAFT Minutes - Page 27 <br />Councilmember Pust concurred with City Attorney <br />Anderson's suggestion. <br />Pust offered a friendly amendment, Maschka seconded; <br />however, Councilmember Ihlan accepted the friendly <br />amendment, nullifying the need for a second. <br />Roll Call ["On more than one occasion...� <br />Ayes: Ihlan; Kough; Maschka; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br />Discussion ensued regarding whether to seek further public <br />comment, or whether to adopt a final ordinance at tonight's <br />meetmg. <br />Ihlan moved, Kough seconded, consideration of the proposed <br />ordinance on a first reading at tonight's meeting; and place <br />the item on the April 24, 2006 Council agenda for final <br />passage. <br />Chief Sletner advised that she would be unavailable to attend <br />another Council meeting until May. <br />Councilmember Ihlan amended her motion for a final <br />reading at the first appropriate meeting when the Police <br />Chief was available. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Ihlan and Kough. <br />Nays: Maschka; Pust and Klausing. <br />Motion failed. <br />Roll Call [Original Motion as Amended] <br />Ayes: Maschka; Pust and Klausing. <br />Nays: Ihlan and Kough. <br />Maschka moved, Pust seconded, approval of the Ordinance <br />Summary for publication in the Roseville Review, the City's <br />legal newspaper. <br />
