DBA Courtyardby Marriott (formerly GSH Lodging L.L.C.) has applied <br />for an On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating Liquor License at 2905 Centre Point Drive. This is a name <br />change in the corporate ownership. <br />Financial Implications <br />The revenue that is generated from the license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police <br />compliance checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license <br />administration. <br />Recommendations <br />It is recommended that the license be approved for the period Mayl thru December 31,2006 <br />Council Action <br />Motion approving/denying the On-Sale and Sunday Intoxicating liquor license for CSM CY <br />Roseville L.L.C. DBA Courtyard by Marriott located at 2905 Center Point Drive for the year ending <br />December 31,2006. <br />
