EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city council of the city of Roseville, county of Ramsey, state of Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the fourteenth day of June, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Cushman introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 8952 DESIGNATING LINCOLN DRIVE, COUNTY ROAD C-2 TO LYDIA AVENUE AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that the street hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Law; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the city of Roseville of the County of Ramsey that the road described as follows to wit: LINCOLN DRIVE FROM COUNTY ROAD C-2 TO LYDIA AVENUE be and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration and, that upon his approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid street of the City of Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid street. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
