<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the city <br />council of the city of Roseville, county of Ramsey, state of Minnesota, <br />was duly held at the City Hall in said city on Monday, the fourteenth <br />day of June, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Cushman introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8952 <br /> <br />DESIGNATING LINCOLN DRIVE, COUNTY ROAD C-2 TO LYDIA AVENUE <br />AS A MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that <br />the street hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State <br />Aid street under the provisions of Minnesota Law; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the city Council of the city of <br />Roseville of the County of Ramsey that the road described as follows to <br />wit: <br /> <br />LINCOLN DRIVE FROM COUNTY ROAD C-2 TO LYDIA AVENUE <br /> <br />be and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State <br />Aid street of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of <br />Transportation of the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the <br />Commissioner of Transportation for his consideration and, that upon his <br />approval of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same <br />be constructed, improved, and maintained as a Municipal State Aid street <br />of the City of Roseville, to be numbered and known as Municipal State <br />Aid street. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilperson Goedeke and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
