<br />ENTER. OFFERED AND OPEN ONLY TO THOSE ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS WHO ENTER FROM
<br />WITHIN THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, OR CANADA
<br />[EXCLUDING QUEBEC).
<br />ELIGIBILIN: TheCiscoGrowingwithTechnologyAwardsContest2C706("ContesY')isopen
<br />only to small to medium-sized legitimate and lawful organizations (including for-profit
<br />businesses and educational institutions; public sector, governmental and non-profit
<br />educational institutions; and non-profit organizations and charities) in the fifty (50) United
<br />States, the District of Columbia or Canada, excluding the province of Quebecwith a total of
<br />nine hundred and ninety-nine (999) or less full-time and/or part-time employees (which shall
<br />include overall employees of a parent, affiliate, and/or subsidiary or related company, entity,
<br />association, franchisor, or franchisee whether or not located within the fifty (50) United States,
<br />the District of Columbia or Canada) ("Entrants" or "Organization"). Void where prohibited by
<br />law. With the exception of Honorable mention winners, prior winners of a previous Cisco
<br />Growing with Technology Awards Contest or winners within six (6) months of this promotion
<br />start date of any other Cisco sponsored contest for small-to-medium businesses are ineligible
<br />to enter and will be disqualified. Cisco Systems, Inc.. its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, and
<br />their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, agents, and
<br />family members ofthose employees (spouse, domestic partner, mother, father, grandmother,
<br />grandfather, children, siblings andtheir spouses) and individualsliving in the same household
<br />of those employees, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate. Persons makingthe
<br />Entry must have reached the legal age of majority in their sfaf�lterritorylpro�inae of residence,
<br />be an employee of the Organization and enter with its permission and on its behalf. Subject to
<br />all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. All Entrants, including
<br />wiiho�t limitation federal, state, provincialand local government organizations, are
<br />responsible for compliancewith any contractual limitations and/or office policies, if any,
<br />regarding participation or prize acceptance in a Promotion or Contest.
<br />IMPORTANT NOTICE: Entrant has the responsibility to review and understand their
<br />employer's policies regarding Entrants' eligibility to participate in promotions. If an individual is
<br />participating in violation of their employer's policies, that individual and its employer may be
<br />disqualified from this Contest, or from receiving prizes. Cisco disclaims any and all liability or
<br />responsibility for disputes arising between an Entrant and their employer related to this matter

<br />AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in the Contest constitutes EntranYs full
<br />and unconditional agreementto and acceptance ofthese Official Rules and the decisions of
<br />Sponsor and Judge which are final and binding in all respects.
<br />CONTEST PERIOD: Contest begins on or about 12:00:01 am Pacific Time (PT) on May 9,
<br />2006 and ends at 1 �:59:59 pm PT on June 25,2006 ("Contest period"). All Entries (defined
<br />below) must be received by June 25, 2006. Potentialwinners will be notified on or about
<br />October 1, 2006 by telephone or e-ma's[ (in Sponsor'sdiscretion) using the contact information
<br />provided on EntranYs Cisco Growing with Technology Awards Contest 2006 Official Entry
<br />Form ("Entry"). Winners will be recognized during a public awards ceremony in North
<br />America, anticipated to take place in late 2006 ("Ceremony") (actual dates and location to be
<br />decided and subjectto change in Sponsor's discretion). Winners do not haveto be present at
<br />the Ceremony to win.
