EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the ��� day of May, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following Members were absent: <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR ROSEVII,LE TWIN <br />LA.KES LLC AT 2814 CLEVELAND AVENUE (�'F3717) <br />WHEREAS, Roseville Twin Lal{es LLC has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in <br />accordance with Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code to allow the operation a temporary <br />concrete & asphalt recycling facility at 2814 Cleveland Avenue (Dorso parcel); and <br />WHEREAS, the subject, generally described as: <br />Lots 1, 2, 3,18,19, and 20, Block A, Twin View, Subj ect to roadway <br />PIN 04�29-23�32-0001 <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.09A and B stipulates the requirements necessary to obtain an <br />interim use permit; and <br />WHEREAS, Roseville Twin Lakes LLC and their contractor Frattalone Companies, <br />proposes to operate a temporary concrete & asphalt recycling (crushing, storage, batch mixing, <br />and delivery) site on the subject property (three parcels); and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />requested Interim Use Permit and voted (6-0) to recommended approval, based on the comments <br />outlined in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6(as revised by the Commission) of the <br />project report dated May 3,2006. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Shafer <br />Contracting an interim use permit consistent with Section 1012.09 A and B of the Roseville City <br />Code allowing a temporary concrete recycling site on the vacant triangular parcel at 2880 Walnut <br />Street based on the comments in Section 5 of the project report dated February 28,2005, and the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The temporary recycling of former structures and parking Io�froad. base material <br />shall be only from those structures, roadways and parking areas contained within <br />Phase I of Twin Lakes. <br />
