The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Kehr, Matsc�n, Cushman, and Johnson. Members absent: Donn Wiski. Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of March 23, 1987 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, �fatson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None. 7 : 30 P.M. ROLL CALL MINUTES B--�. Ma�.san. moved, Kehr seconded, that Thomas THOMAS st. Martin's request for final plat at 2030 North ST. MARTIN Dale Street, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Ma�tson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None. B-2 Kehr moved, 1�atsnn seconded, that the She�.arc� Group, "��`_�,�::._ Inc. request for Special Use Permits at 2435 Rice ��1�'��i��1�• Street be approved with the following conditions: L. That the development, based on the P.U.D., be constructed as indicated on the submitted plans labeled P-1r P-2, and P-3, dated February 27, 1987. 2. That the sidewalk be constructed six feet wide, contiguous to Transit Avenue and Rice Street. 3, That the service drive from Transit Avenue to County Road B-2 be constructed and maintained by the owners of Lots 1 and 2, Block l, Transit second Addition. ��. That the parking areas, drives, and islands be constructed with poured in place concrete curb. 5. That final grading, drainage, utility, signagc, engineering, and landscape plans be subject to staff approval. �_ That a Special Use Permit for service station and convenience store be subject to construc- tion in accordance with drawings P-1, P-2, and P-3 dated February 27, 1987. 7. That the signs be limited to one pylon, 150 square feet maximum, plus the allowed store signs. $. That the lighting on the west side of the building be limited and subject to staff review. g_ That the access easements be granted on Frontage Road and Rice Street on the southeast corner of the development. Staff to approve location of access points.
