Members absent: Donn Wiski. <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of the <br />regular meeting of March 23, 1987 be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kehr, �fatson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br />7 : 30 P.M. <br />ROLL CALL <br />MINUTES <br />B--�. Ma�.san. moved, Kehr seconded, that Thomas THOMAS <br />st. Martin's request for final plat at 2030 North ST. MARTIN <br />Dale Street, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Ma�tson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br />B-2 Kehr moved, 1�atsnn seconded, that the She�.arc� Group, "��`_�,�::._ <br />Inc. request for Special Use Permits at 2435 Rice ��1�'�����i���1�• <br />Street be approved with the following conditions: <br />L. That the development, based on the P.U.D., be <br />constructed as indicated on the submitted plans <br />labeled P-1r P-2, and P-3, dated February 27, <br />1987. <br />2. That the sidewalk be constructed six feet wide, <br />contiguous to Transit Avenue and Rice Street. <br />3, That the service drive from Transit Avenue to <br />County Road B-2 be constructed and maintained <br />by the owners of Lots 1 and 2, Block l, Transit <br />second Addition. <br />��. That the parking areas, drives, and islands be <br />constructed with poured in place concrete curb. <br />5. That final grading, drainage, utility, signagc, <br />engineering, and landscape plans be subject to <br />staff approval. <br />�_ That a Special Use Permit for service station <br />and convenience store be subject to construc- <br />tion in accordance with drawings P-1, P-2, and <br />P-3 dated February 27, 1987. <br />7. That the signs be limited to one pylon, 150 <br />square feet maximum, plus the allowed store <br />signs. <br />$. That the lighting on the west side of the <br />building be limited and subject to staff review. <br />g_ That the access easements be granted on Frontage <br />Road and Rice Street on the southeast corner of <br />the development. Staff to approve location of <br />access points. <br />
