C. Minimum Requirements: See Section 1005.01. Where buildings are within one hundred fifty feet <br />(1S4') of a residential zone, such buildings shall be limitec� to the average height of existing <br />residential buildings that are located within one hundred fifty feet (150� of a proposed B-1 <br />building. The City Council may grant a conditional use permit for a building in a�3-1 District to be <br />a maximum of three (3) stories upon application of a petitioner and holding of a public hearing <br />under the procedures set forth in Chapter 108 of this Code. Upon granting such a conditional use <br />permit, the City Council may impose such conditions which may be appropriate to protect the <br />public health, safety and welfare.
