C. Parking and Service Areas and Curbs: No parking or service area shall be less than five feet (5� <br />from a property line and a box curb shall separate the public sidewall{ from such par�Cing and/ar <br />service areas except at approvedentrances and e�ts. <br />D. Pump Islands and Canopies: The center line of pump island and the outer edge of the pump island <br />canopy roof shall be a minimum of twenty five feet (25') from a property line. <br />E. Signs: Each service station may have one pylon sign not in excess of sixty four (64) square feet per <br />side nor more t� twenty feet (20') in height erected within the front yard and no part of the sign <br />shall be less than fifteen feet (15') from a property line (horizontal distance). The pylon shall not <br />be less than fifteen feet (15') from a drivewayor driveway entrance. (C�rd, 3�2, 10-13-G1} <br />G. Other Products: If service stations sell products other than gas, oil, and other petroleum products, <br />auto parts and accessories, or sales from minor vending machine products, then all other retail <br />sales shall be conducted only in compliancewith all requirements and conditions for sales within a <br />convenience store as in B-3 Districts. (1990 Code) <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date.
