During the presentation, the City Auditor presented a couple of <br />items that were out of compliance with State Statutes. A copy of the findings along with City <br />Staffs response is included in AttachmentA. <br />Councilmember Kough has requested that the City Council hold a discussion on these findings to <br />determine whether any procedural changes should be made. <br />Attachment <br />4 AttachmentA — Copy of the 2005 Audit Findings <br />Final Comments <br />City Staff and the City Attorney will be on hand to answer any Council inquiries <br />� <br />
