The five <br />member Ethics Commission serves in an advisory capaci�y to the City Council on <br />matters involving the Ethics Code. <br />The five Commissioners will be appointed for three year staggered terms and are <br />eligible to serve up to two consecutive full terms. <br />Council Action Rec�uested: <br />Direct staff to advertise for applicants to serve on the Ethics Commission with <br />applications due to the City by August 4. Staff would bring forward names for the <br />August 14 Council meeting. <br />
