REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: 612012006 <br />�tezn No: 4.h <br />Department Approval: Manager Approved: Agenda Section: <br />�'�d'�" '�� C �'" Consent <br />Item Description: Consider Setting a Public Hearing to Reconsider Alcohol Violations <br />Introduction <br />After several discussions at various City Council meetings, a majority of the Council agreed to <br />set a public hearing to reconsider recent alcohol violations and subsequent penalties for 3 <br />Roseville businesses. The City Attorney is in the process of drafting a letter to be sent to these <br />businesses informing them of the Council's decision to reconsider the matter at a public hearing. <br />Based on Council discussions, Staff recommends setting a public hearing for this purpose on <br />Monday, July 10,2006. <br />Request for Council Action <br />Motion to set a public hearing to reconsider alcohol violations and penalties, to be held on July <br />10,2006. <br />
