and capitalization budget of the Roseville Skating Center. These <br />funds will be referred to as the Guidant Foundation Endowment <br />Funds. <br />C. Beginning in 2007, seventy-five percent of all income created by <br />the Guidant Foundation Endowment Fund shall be transferred <br />from the Friends of the OVAL Foundation to the City of <br />Roseville annually. Timing of the contribution shall be mutually <br />determined by the parties, with consideration toward maximizing <br />return on the investments of the endowment. The two parties <br />shall conduct an annual review at the same time the funds are <br />transmitted and at that �itne the City shall share its anticipated <br />plans and gather input for the use of the endowment fund income <br />in order to maximize the benefit of the funds transferred to the <br />City of Roseville. The remaining twenty five percent of the <br />income created by the Guidant Foundation Endowment Fund <br />shall be reinvested to grow the assets of the endowment of the <br />Friends of the OVAL Foundation. <br />D. Use of funds other than the Guidant Foundation Endowment <br />Fund shall be governed by the Friends of the OVAL Foundation <br />Bylaws. <br />In the event of the dissolution of the Friends of the OVAL <br />Foundation all Guidant Foundation Funds (and other funds donated <br />in the name of the Roseville Skating Center) shall be transferred to <br />the City of Roseville and placed in a contribution restricted fund to <br />be used solely in support of the Roseville Skating Center. <br />4.
