A very special recognition is <br />requested for two youngsters that had taken the time and effort to contribute <br />greatly and was instrumental in the results, Isaac Rogers and Justin Dorr. <br />Enclosed is an article in the Roseville Area Youth Hockey Association <br />Goaltender that describes their efforts. Justin and Issac will be present to be <br />recognized. <br />POLICY OBJECTIVE <br />The Cifiy of Roseville encourages citizens to participate in improvements to the <br />park and recreation system in order to �r��r��i� n��a�ity facilities and programs for <br />all to use. <br />FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS <br />None. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the recognition of Issac Rogers and Justin Dorr for their efforts <br />in the success of the Roseville Skating Center- Guidant John Rose Minnesota <br />OVAL Bonding Bill. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion recognizing Isaac Rogers and Justin Dorr for their involvement and efforts <br />in the success of the Roseville Skating Center- Guidant John Rose Minnesota <br />OVAL Bonding Bill. <br />
