The section also explains the process involved and outlines <br />considerationsthat must be taken into account. <br />Section 12: Minimumcompensation: This requires compensationto allow the owner to purchase a comparableproperiy in <br />the community <br />Section 13: Limitations: This prohibits a condemning authority from requiring an owner to accept as compensat7on a <br />substituteproperty or return of propertytaken. <br />Section 14: Public service coruorations exezn�tion:s ° This provides that the provisions for attorneys' fees (section 4),, <br />compensation for loss of going eoncern (seciion �.1), minimum compensation (section T��r and limitations (section I I), do <br />not apply to public service corporations.
