This includes checks processed through the City's payroll and accounts <br />payable systems. <br />Traditionally, the Mayor, City Manager, and Finance Director have been designated as <br />authorized individuals. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />With the recent resignation of the City Manager, staff recommends that Mayor Craig Klausing, <br />and Finance Director Chris Miller be designated as official signatories until the City Manager <br />position is filled. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Adopt the attached resolution designating the Mayor, and Finance Director as official <br />signatories. <br />
